Location: Yorkshire and Lincolnshire

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £34,000 per annum + car or car allowance.

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Cleaning Account Manager to join our Cleaning Division across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, overseeing cleaning operations in contracts across the education, retail and office space.

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You’ll use your strong interpersonal and leadership skills to support, mentor and develop a team of three Cleaning Account Managers, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction.

As Senior Account Manager, you’ll be:

  * Supporting the Operations Manager with projects, reports, and audits

  * Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction

  * Overseeing service delivery and ensuring quality standards are met

  * Managing, recruiting, and coaching local service teams

  * Holding regular contract and specification review meetings with clients

  * Ensuring Health & Safety procedures and legislation are followed

  * Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings, and account growth

  * Carrying out other reasonable tasks as directed by the Operations Manager or senior leadership

As Senior Account Manager, you’ll have:

  * Excellent communication and people management skills

  * Strong leadership and motivational abilities, with the capacity to plan and work under pressure

  * Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis

  * Working knowledge of Health & Safety systems within the cleaning or facilities industry

  * Ability to manage tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities

  * Experience working with education sector clients is desirable

  * A flexible, trustworthy, and innovative mindset

  * A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
