Job Description
Link3 Recruitment is looking for an experienced (Senior) Early Years Practitioner to join our nursery located in the SE6 area in London.
You’ll be part of a nurturing and enthusiastic team that provides high-quality care and education to children aged 0–5. You'll help deliver creative learning experiences, support children’s development, and ensure they feel safe, happy, and valued. You’ll lead by example, support junior staff, and help shape a positive, stimulating learning environment where children can thrive.
Key Requirements:
A Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
At least 1 year of experience in an early years setting
A good understanding of the EYFS
Strong teamwork and communication skills
A love for working with young children and helping them grow
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
A deep commitment to early years education and child development
