Ideal for an experienced LV Design Engineer looking to step into a senior-level role with leadership responsibility, this position offers the chance to mentor engineers, lead technically challenging projects and work within a highly supportive business focused on long-term career development.
Senior Electrical Design Engineer - The Role:
Lead LV design activities across multiple engineering projects
Support and mentor LV Design Engineers, providing technical guidance and development
Review electrical schematics, calculations and technical documentation
Work closely with Project Managers and Project Leads to ensure successful project delivery
Attend client sites to carry out compliance reporting on existing LV Assemblies
Lead complex site migration projects, supporting LV Engineers and site teams
Deliver practical, compliant and client-focused LV engineering solutions
Support risk mitigation and minimise operational downtime during project execution
Senior Elctrical Design Engineer - What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years’ experience as an LV Design Engineer
In-depth technical knowledge of LV Assemblies and electrical systems
Experience delivering safe, reliable and compliant LV design solutions
Solid communication and leadership skills
Collaborative and supportive approach to team and project delivery
Passion for mentoring and developing junior engineers
Ability to provide practical and customer-focused engineering solutions
