Key Responsibilities
Preparing lighting and electrical designs using Dialux or Trimble Predesign
Preparing feasibility reports and equipment schedules
Carrying out site surveys on existing buildings and producing condition or dilapidation reports
Managing your own time to ensure projects remain profitable
Helping with fee proposals and negotiation of appointments with the client (for approval by the director)
Actively participating in the development of individual team members, including advancement/succession planningRequirements
5+ years' experience as an Electrical Design Engineer, within Building Services
Able to use AutoCAD or Revit, and ElectricalOM or Trimble ProDesign
Previous residential, education, healthcare, industrial, or listed buildings experienceBenefits
