Senior Lettings Negotiator/Manager able to list – Hendon

Salary – £25,000 - £30,000 (OTE £65,000)

Working days: Monday – Friday & every other Saturday

Driver and full licence required

Key Responsibilities

  * Conducting accurate property valuations and winning new instructions.

  * Managing the lettings process from listing to completion.

  * Negotiating offers and ensuring successful outcomes for all parties.

  * Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants.

  * Conducting viewings and providing professional advice to potential tenants.

  * Prospecting for new business opportunities through various methods.

  * Collaborating with the wider team to achieve and exceed lettings targets.

  * Staying updated with local property market trends and competitor activities.

Key Requirements

  * Proven experience in property valuations and residential lettings.

  * Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  * Strong understanding of the local property market

  * Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.

  * Ability to generate new business and close deals effectively.

  * Full UK driving licence (company pool car provided).

  * Proficiency in using property software such as Reapit (preferred) & Goodlord.
