Job Description
We are currently looking for a very experienced and responsible Registered Nurse (RGN) to take the role of Lead nurse /Team Leader at our clients nursing home in Crewe, Cheshire East.
Your role will include:
Assisting the Home Manager with the day to day running of the home
Supervision and management of all staff when the home manager is absent
Maintaining & ensuring high levels of competence throughout the home
Staff management & supervision
Establish and maintain good communication with clients, relatives and colleagues
Home budgets
Recruitment, appraisals and discipline issues
The successful candidate will:
Be an experienced RGN nurse
Have a proven track record in care home leadership
The ability to lead and motivate the staff
Have experience of developing care plans and risk assessments
Have a sound working knowledge of care standards
