Job Description

We are searching for a Senior Project Manager to join our client's growing Business Change team within a leading Newcastle based organisation. This role offers the chance to shape the way projects are delivered by embedding best-practice methodologies and leading a talented team of project managers.

As Senior Project Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, embed PMP methodology and ways of working, as well as delivering high-impact projects. 

Key Requirements

PMP qualification and experience implementing PMP methodology. (This is Essential)
You must be able to be on site 5 days per week in this role. (This is Essential)
Proven experience leading project management teams.
Strong track record of delivering IT and business change projects.
Knowledge of both agile and traditional project delivery methodologies.
Ability to influence Senior stakeholders up to Director level.
