Recruitment Consultant – Accountancy & Finance
£32,000 – £35,000 + uncapped commission (starting at 30%!)
London | Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day WFH)
A specialist Accountancy & Finance recruitment business based in London is looking to hire driven and ambitious consultants to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing agency with strong foundations, an established client base, and genuine scope for progression.
About the Business
Founded in 2020 by four experienced Directors with over 70 years of combined experience in Accountancy & Finance recruitment, the business has built an impressive reputation across both Commerce & Industry and Financial Services.
They recruit across the full finance spectrum — from CFOs and Financial Controllers through to Part-Qualified and Transactional Accountants — with occasional work in HR and business support.
Their consultative approach focuses on quality, cultural fit, and long-term relationships, ensuring clients and candidates receive a truly tailored, first-class service.
With an average permanent fee of £8K and top contractors generating £1000+ weekly in margin, this is a firm with a proven, high-performing model.
The Opportunity
This is a growth-driven position, perfect for recruiters who enjoy developing new business and want the autonomy to build and grow their own desk or division.
While there are some opportunities to collaborate and share roles, the majority of your work will focus on bringing in new clients, developing relationships, and filling high-value roles.
With clear plans to expand, there’s genuine progression into senior and management positions for those who perform.
The Package
* £32,000 – £35,000 basic salary
* Quarterly commission – once you’ve covered your base & costs, earn 30% of everything thereafter
* 25 days holiday + your birthday off
* MacBook & phone provided
* Private healthcare after probation
* Regular social events – client nights, team activities, and incentive days
* 8:30am – 6pm, Monday to Friday (4 days in office / 1 day from home)
