Senior Consultant – Industrial Division
 
 Birmingham | £32,000 + DOE

About the role
 In this varied and rewarding position, you’ll work with a broad portfolio of industrial and engineering clients, taking responsibility for both servicing and developing accounts while delivering exceptional customer service to clients and workers alike.

What you’ll be doing

Building strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels
Selling service solutions and championing the Pertemps brand
Handling inbound enquiries from prospective and existing workers
Carrying out business-to-business sales, including telesales and onsite activity
Interviewing and selecting Industrial candidates
Managing key accounts, including a rotational on-call requirementWhat we’re looking for

Previous experience in sales and recruitment sales
Confidence speaking with new people and building rapport quickly
A proactive, tenacious approach to winning new business
Strong communication and negotiation skills
The ability to learn new systems and recruitment compliance processes
Experience of working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality of service
Confidence meeting clients face-to-face and developing new accounts
Basic IT skills across Excel, Word and Outlook, with further training providedWhat you’ll get in return
