Commission: Uncapped Commission Structure – Earn up to 30%

Prime Placers Ltd is a growing, family-run recruitment business specialising in Freight, Transport, Logistics and Construction recruitment. We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant / Head of Division to help drive either our Freight, Transport & Logistics desk or Construction Desk to the next level.

What's On Offer?

  * Basic salary of £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience

The Role

  * Develop and grow either the Freight, Transport & Logistics division or Construction Division

  * Build new business relationships and win new clients

  * Manage and develop existing client accounts

  * Source, interview and place high-quality candidates

  * Negotiate fees and terms with clients

  * Build long-term relationships with candidates and customers

  * Work closely with other divisions within the business

  * Contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company

  * Mentor and support future recruitment team members as the business expands

What We're Looking For

  * Proven experience within recruitment, ideally Freight, Logistics, Transport, Industrial or Construction sectors

  * Strong business development and sales ability

  * A track record of winning and managing clients

  * Existing industry contacts and client relationships would be highly advantageous

  * Self-motivated, driven and entrepreneurial mindset

  * Comfortable working in a growing business environment

  * Team player willing to support across Transport and Construction recruitment when required

  * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  * Ambitious individual looking to grow with a business
