Senior Recruitment Consultant – 360 Recruitment – Uncapped Commission

Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant, Resourcer or Delivery Consultant looking to step up into a full 360 recruitment role or progress into a Senior Recruitment Consultant position? OTE £35–50k+ (top billers exceed £100k)
Uncapped commission from day one
Established client base including MATs and PSLs
Hybrid working – Birmingham City Centre
24–35 days holiday + birthday off + bank holidays

The Role – Senior Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment)
Manage and grow a 360 recruitment desk
Build and develop client relationships
Source, screen and interview candidates
Deliver high‑quality temp and permanent placements
Drive business development through sales calls, meetings and account growth
Achieve KPIs, revenue targets and performance goals
Work closely with compliance to ensure smooth onboarding
Location: Birmingham City Centre
 Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced during school holidays)
 
Who We’re Looking For
Recruitment Consultant, Resourcer or Delivery Consultant (any sector)
Keen to progress into a 360 recruitment / sales role
Commercial, proactive and target‑driven
Resilient, ambitious and relationship‑focused
Full UK driving licence preferred
