Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior CO₂ Refrigeration Engineer to join a growing and well-established refrigeration business covering the South East region.

This role offers the chance to work on a varied portfolio of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, supporting key customers while delivering high standards of service, maintenance, fault finding and repairs.

The successful candidate will be a customer-focused engineer with strong technical knowledge and proven experience working on CO₂ refrigeration systems.

  * Location: South East England (looking for Engineers located anywhere along the M40 corridor)

  * Salary: OTE Earnings £60,500

  * Hours: Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week

  * Paid Door-to-Door Travel

  * Call-Out: 1 in 4 rota (£150 per call-out)

  * Overtime Paid After 40 Hours

  * Permanent Position

Key Responsibilities

  * Service, maintain and repair commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems

  * Carry out fault finding, diagnostics and reactive breakdown repairs

  * Assist with the commissioning and handover of new installations

  * Support maintenance of equipment under warranty

  * Build and maintain strong customer relationships

  * Complete service reports and associated documentation accurately

  * Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety and company procedures

  * Support the wider engineering team as required

Requirements

  * F-Gas Certification

  * NVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent)

  * Proven hands-on CO₂ refrigeration experience

  * Previous experience within the commercial refrigeration industry

  * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
