About the Role
Pembrook Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Executive to join a well-established dealership representing a leading automotive brand. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, customer-focused sales professional looking to take the next step in their career within a busy and successful sales environment.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every client has a positive buying experience.
Meet and exceed sales targets for new and used vehicles, finance, and additional products.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat and referral business.
Assist and mentor junior members of the sales team where required.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company standards and FCA regulations.
Accurately complete all relevant documentation and maintain up-to-date records.
Maintain an excellent understanding of the product range, pricing, and current promotions.
Requirements
Proven track record in vehicle sales within a franchised or independent dealership.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Strong customer service ethos and ability to build long-term relationships.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and self-motivated approach.
Full UK driving licence essential.
Package
Competitive basic salary £[28,000 - 35,000]
Uncapped OTE £[50,000 - 70,000+]
