Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled Senior Security Systems Engineer to lead installation, commissioning, and maintenance of CCTV, intruder alarm, access control, and door entry systems across high-end residential and mixed-use developments in London and the South East.
You’ll act as the go-to engineer on site — supporting junior team members, solving complex faults, and ensuring all systems meet NSI/SSAIB and industry standards
  * Location: Covering London & South East | Office based in West London
  * Job Type: Full-time, permanent
  * Salary: Up to 50k + overtime, call-out & bonus opportunities
  * Package: Company van, fuel card, tools, uniform & ongoing training
Requirements
  * Minimum 5 years’ experience in the security systems industry.
  * Strong technical knowledge across multiple systems (e.g. Hikvision, Paxton, Texecom, Honeywell, Videx).
  * Proven experience supervising or mentoring engineers.
  * ECS/CSCS (Skilled Worker or above).
  * SSSTS (advantageous).
  * Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, and Manual Handling training.
  * IPAF/PASMA (preferred).
  * Full UK Driving Licence and Right to Work in the UK.
