Senior Site Manager

£65,000–£70,000 + Car Allowance/ Car Scheme + Bonus

We are recruiting two Senior Site Managers to join a leading Tier 1 contractor on their Major Project in Plymouth. This role offers long-term local work and an opportunity to be part of a high-performing team delivering a complex, high-value build.
The Role
Working within the externals delivery team, you will take responsibility for major external envelope packages, including:
* Concrete frame, Windows, Cladding, Roofing and Brickwork
* You will manage the Trades, Quality, HSE and programme within a highly structured Tier 1 environment
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working on major schemes with Tier 1/large national contractors
* Strong leadership on site – visible, trade-focused, and proactive
* Comfortable working within high-process, heavily audited environments (HSE, quality, digital reporting)
* Familiar with NEC and Design & Build contracts
* IT literate
* Preferably local – within 1 hour of Plymouth
Qualifications Required
* CSCS (Management level)
* SMSTS
* First Aid at Work
On offer is competitive salary, a car allowance or company car, company bonus, 25 days holiday plus other employed benefits.
