Job Description

Goddard Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a valued client for a Senior Site Superintendent. This position will be offered on an initial temporary basis, with the potential to progress to a full-time permanent role for the successful candidate.

Working Hours (Two-Week Rotational Schedule):

Week1:

  * Monday to Thursday – 6:30am to 2:30pm

  * Friday – 6:30am to 2:00pm

Week 2:

  * Monday to Thursday – 10:30am to 6:30pm

  * Friday – 10:30am to 2:00pm

The Role:
Take responsibility for site operations, maintenance, and safety — leading a small team, managing contractors, and ensuring everything runs smoothly and securely.

What You’ll Do:

  * Oversee maintenance, security, and cleaning

  * Manage site staff and allocate work

  * Conduct inspections and repairs

  * Liaise with contractors and support projects

  * Ensure full compliance with health & safety

What We’re Looking For:

  * Experience in site supervision, caretaking, or facilities management

  * Strong DIY and maintenance skills

  * Confident communicator and team leader

  * Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH

  * (Desirable) School or multi-site experience, First Aid trained
