Senior Social Worker - Children in Our Care (NELC) 🌟

📍 Location: Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire
 🕘 Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
 💰 Pay: Up to £35.00 per hour (Umbrella)
 📅 Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary
 🚀 Start Date: ASAP

You'll be supporting children whose care plan is long-term through to independence, offering the stability, empathy, and commitment our young people need to thrive. ❤️

💼 Key Responsibilities

✨ Build meaningful, trusting relationships with children and young people in long-term care.
 🏠 Regularly visit children in their homes to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
 🤝 Work collaboratively with Social Workers, Team Managers, IROs, the Virtual School, LAC Health, and Family Support Workers.
 📝 Prepare clear, high-quality reports to support care planning and decision-making.
 🎯 Keep the focus on achieving permanence, independence, and positive outcomes for every child.
 📚 Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities.
 ✅ Ensure all work meets statutory and organisational standards.
