Senior Surveyor /Contract Procurement
Location: 130 Cowley Road, CB4 0GU
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 5+ Month
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £28.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities
Oversee and manage building services and maintenance contracts.
Conduct surveys to assess project requirements and specifications.
Negotiate and procure contracts ensuring compliance with council policies.
Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Person Specifications
Must Have
Eligibility to work in the UK.
Experience in surveyor and contract procurement roles.
Strong understanding of building services and maintenance.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to Have
Experience working with local councils or government bodies.
Knowledge of GDPR and confidentiality agreements.
Relevant licenses or qualifications in surveying or contract management.
