Senior Transport Planner | Sheffield | £45–55k (DOE) | Hybrid

I’m working with a well-established planning, design, and engineering consultancy with a strong presence across the UK. Their Sheffield office is looking to bring on a Senior Transport Planner to support a growing pipeline of development and infrastructure projects.

💼 The Role
 You’ll be joining a busy and collaborative transport team delivering work across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The role will involve:

Leading Transport Assessments, Travel Plans, and Access Appraisals
Preparing junction capacity assessments (Junctions 9, ARCADY, PICADY, LinSig)
Supporting and mentoring junior staff
Liaising with clients, local authorities, and design teams
Contributing to project and fee proposals, and helping grow client relationships

🧠 About You
 We’re looking for someone with:

5+ years’ experience in development or transport planning
Proficiency with TRICS, Junctions 9, LinSig, and TEMPRO
Excellent report-writing and communication skills
Experience managing small to medium-sized projects
A relevant degree in Transport, Civil Engineering, Geography, or similar
