Senior Vehicle Technician 

Burnley

£17.75 per hour + bonus + Overtime paid at time and a half 

Monday - Friday | Flexible Working Hours | No Weekends

Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician with strong diagnostic skills looking for something different? This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established and growing automotive business offering genuine autonomy, flexibility, and a working environment designed around helping technicians perform at their best.

This isn't your typical busy workshop environment. You'll work from your own dedicated centre with a personal ramp, service area, and secure lockable workspace - no shared bays, no overcrowded workshop pressures, and no constant interruptions.

The role is heavily diagnostic focused and ideal for someone who enjoys fault finding and complex repairs rather than routine servicing and MOT work.

The Role:

Advanced fault finding and vehicle diagnostics
Electrical and sensor-related repairs
High volume of wet belt repairs
Mechanical repairs across cars and light commercial vehicles
Managing your own workload independently
Delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service
What We're Looking For:

Experienced Vehicle Technician with strong diagnostic capability
Confident working independently
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage workload effectively
Someone who takes pride in delivering quality work
