Prestige Automotive Main Dealer
£30,500 Basic Salary | OTE £38,000+
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and looking to develop your career with a prestigious automotive brand?
We are currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a highly respected prestige main dealership. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a successful aftersales team, working within a premium environment where customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything they do.
The Role
As a Service Advisor, you will act as the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless service experience from vehicle check-in through to collection.
Your responsibilities will include:
  * Welcoming customers and understanding their service and repair requirements
  * Liaising with workshop technicians regarding vehicle progress
  * Providing accurate updates and estimates to customers
  * Upselling additional products and services where appropriate
  * Managing customer expectations and delivering outstanding service throughout the customer journey
  * Ensuring all administration and invoicing is completed accurately

  * Basic salary of £30,500
  * OTE of £38,000+

Working Hours
  * Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
  * Saturday: 8:00am – 1:00pm (1 in 4 rota)
About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Service Advisor, Customer Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, or within a customer-facing automotive role. You will be an excellent communicator, highly organised, and driven to provide first-class customer service while identifying opportunities to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.
