As a Service and Customer Advisor, you’ll be playing a vital role in delivering a smooth and positive experience for every customer throughout their repair journey and offer friendly, knowledgeable support while ensuring all processes run efficiently behind the scenes.

Salary: £28,000 - £30,500
Hours: 45 hours per week

This Service and Customer Advisor will have the following responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly in person, over the phone, or online and keep customers updated on the service progress.
Advise customers on additional services or repairs based on vehicle inspections and promote ongoing service offers and maintenance plans to increase value and revenue.
Schedule service and repair appointments, optimizing workshop availability.
Monitor the progress of vehicle repairs to meet deadlines.
Prepare and explain service invoices and process customer payments accurately.
Conduct follow-ups with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
Handle insurance excess payments, ensuring transactions are processed correctly.
The ideal candidate for this role would have the skillset below:
Previous experience working within a vehicle dealership would be advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, proactive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
IT Proficiency with inputting data and Microsoft applications.
A Full UK Driving Licence is advantageous.
