Job Description

Site Agent / Site Manager - Utilities / Water Projects
 Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
 
 I'm recruiting for a Site Agent / Site Manager to deliver complex utilities and water infrastructure schemes, including booster stations, deep excavations, and civil engineering works on long-term framework projects in the region.
 This is a great opportunity to join a well-established tier-one contractor with secured workload across the UK water and infrastructure sectors.
 The role:

Oversee day-to-day site delivery across multiple civil and MEICA packages
Lead site teams and subcontractors ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient delivery
Manage programmes, resources, and budgets
Produce and review project documentation including RAMS, ITPs, and short-term plans
Liaise closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal delivery teamsAbout you:

Background in civil engineering and utilities, ideally within the water sector
Experience delivering booster stations, deep drainage, or large excavations
Strong knowledge of H&S, CDM, temporary works and site delivery
HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
CSCS & SMSTS essentialPackage:

Up to £65,000 base salary
Car / allowance, private healthcare, pension, 25 days holiday + bank holidays
