Job Description

As Site Engineer, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of earthworks operations, ensuring all works are carried out safely, accurately, and in line with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  * Setting out and surveying for bulk earthworks activities

  * Maintaining site control and survey records

  * Producing QA documentation and as-built records

  * Monitoring progress and ensuring compliance with design drawings

  * Liaising with site management, subcontractors, and client representatives

  * Supporting health, safety, and environmental standards on site

Requirements

  * Proven experience as a Site Engineer on bulk earthworks, highways, infrastructure, or civils projects

  * Competent with GPS and Total Station equipment

  * Strong understanding of QA processes and engineering documentation

  * CSCS card essential

  * Ability to work independently and as part of a project team

  * Full UK driving licence preferred
