Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Monday to Friday

Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Driving Licence

About the Company:

A National Housing Developer who are recognised for their high quality and sustainable homes are looking for a freelance Site Manager in Burton On Trent.

Job Description:

Job Duties:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site
Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
Manage health and safety standards on site
Monitor progress and report to senior management

Required Qualifications:

SMSTS certification
CSCS card
First Aid training
Valid Driving Licence

Education:

Relevant qualification in construction management or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering high volume projects in house building

Knowledge and Skills:

Experience with new build housing projects
Ability to manage high volume projects
Familiarity with timber frame construction

Working Conditions:

Work on construction sites in West Midlands, Staffordshire, Burton upon Trent
Full-time hours, may require overtime to meet project deadlines
