️ Freelance Site Manager – Retrofit Project
📍 Bath
📅 Start: Monday 8th
We’re recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a retrofit project in Bath. This role requires someone confident running a live site, managing trades, and ensuring compliance from day one. If you’re available Monday, we want to hear from you!
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day management of a retrofit project on an active site
* Oversee subcontractors, deliveries, and on-site operations
* Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance
* Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings
* Ensure quality control and progress against programme
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
📌 Requirements:
* SMSTS – Essential
* CSCS – Essential
* First Aid – Essential
* Strong background in retrofit / refurbishment projects
* Proven experience managing trades on fast-paced sites
