Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the quality assurance and improvement processes within the social care sector. Key duties include:
Developing and implementing quality assurance frameworks and improvement strategies.
Conducting audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Collaborating with various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and drive positive change.
Providing expert advice and guidance on best practices in social care quality assurance.
Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Proven experience in quality assurance and improvement within the social care sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in social care or quality management.
