Key Responsibilities
Project management:
* Supervise and manage all site activities, from groundworks to final handover.
* Create and maintain project schedules and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.
* Manage the project budget and control costs.
Safety and quality:
* Ensure strict adherence to all safety, environmental, and quality standards.
* Conduct safety briefings and enforce compliance with regulations.
* Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure work meets required standards.
Team and subcontractor management:
* Lead, manage, and coordinate both internal teams and external subcontractors.
* Allocate duties and provide guidance to the on-site team.
Reporting and administration:
