Actio Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading electronics manufacturing business based in Rugby to recruit a Solderer for their growing production team.
Location: Rugby
Shift: Day shift (Monday to Friday)
Pay Rate: Negotiable, based on experience
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
About the Role:
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail. You’ll be responsible for precision soldering of electronic components, working to technical drawings and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Soldering through-hole and surface mount components
* Inspecting and testing assemblies for quality assurance
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions
* Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
* Collaborating with production and quality teams to meet deadlines
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in electronic soldering
* Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
