A new vacancy has arisen we are recruiting for an experienced Solicitor/Litigator Industrial Deafness.
The successful candidate will be an experience or newly qualified Solicitor with experience in Personal Injury, with exposure to industrial disease claims. A strong understanding of the litigation process, along with experience in drafting legal documents and reviewing case materials, is essential.
Must have experience of dealing with Industrial Deafness cases.
The Salary is negotiable and dependent upon experience, plus bonus
Monday-Friday flexible working including 1 or 2 days remote

Duties:
Managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution
Providing clear, pragmatic legal advice to clients
Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documents
Attending court hearings and advocate where appropriate
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners
Working proactively and collaboratively within a supportive team environment
