Working closely with an experienced Head Chef, you'll play a key role in maintaining high culinary standards while helping to shape and develop the menu. Key Responsibilities

As Sous Chef, you'll support the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen while ensuring exceptional food quality throughout service.

Assist the Head Chef with the overall management of the kitchen
Maintain high food quality and presentation standards
Support the team in achieving and exceeding rosette-level expectations
Train, mentor and develop junior kitchen team members
Ensure consistency across all sections during service
Help drive creativity and innovation within the menu offering 

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Sous Chef within a strong culinary environment
Experience working to rosette standards is highly desirable
Strong leadership and team development skills
Passion for fresh food and attention to detail
A positive and proactive approach to kitchen operations
Commutable from Southampton and surrounding areas
