Job Description

Do you have a gift for bringing calm to the classroom and a heart that believes every pupil deserves to shine? Do you hold Team Teach?

I am looking for a compassionate and confident SEN Teaching Assistant (Team Teach trained or happy to train with us!) to join a friendly specialist school in Leeds. You’ll be working with incredible young people who need patience, understanding, and someone who truly gets them.

What your day might look like:
  Supporting pupils with a variety of complex, learning and behavioural needs
  Using de-escalation techniques to keep things calm, safe, and positive
  Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver personalised support

What we’re looking for:
  Team Teach trained, or open to completing the training with us
  Experience supporting pupils with SEMH, Autism, or complex needs
  A patient, nurturing approach (and a good sense of humour always helps!)
