Sponsorship Sales Manager
Based Hertfordshire, this is a fully office-based role
Basic Salary £35,000 to £55,000 depending on experience, plus uncapped OTE, opportunity for international travel, excellent career progression, onsite gym and benefits

As a Sponsorship Sales Manager, you will have experience of working in a highly transactional sales roles within sponsorship or B2B sales ideally within the technology, cyber security, events, media advertising, or hospitality industry.
As a Sponsorship Sales Manager, you will have a proven track record selling to corporate C Level individuals, exceeding sales targets and driving sponsorship revenue growth across a portfolio of high value events internationally.
Ability to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders within leading tech companies, this will then align their brand with the industry’s most exclusive summits and thought leadership opportunities.
You will manage multiple projects and deadlines with a self-motivated and results-oriented mindset and have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a flair for delivering persuasive presentations.
Duties
* You will gain sponsorship for the Tech/Cyber Security events from key players in the industry for international events
* Strategic sales development and execute sponsorship sales strategies that exceed revenue targets and foster high-value long-term partnerships
* Conduct market research and identify and qualify prospective sponsors leveraging in-depth industry knowledge to target decision-makers in tech and cyber security sectors
* Build and manage relationships and maintain strong relationships with potential sponsors acting as a trusted advisor to help them maximize their ROI
* Conduct sales presentations to deliver compelling sponsorship proposals tailored to each prospect’s unique goals highlighting the value of partnering with the client’s brands.
* Confidently negotiate contracts and close deals that drive growth for the client and their sponsors.
* Collaborate and work closely with the marketing and production teams to align sponsorship packages with event content ensuring sponsors receive premium exposure to their target audience.
