Spray Painter, Kilmarnock, Permanent, £41,730 basic salary
Shifts & Pay:
*
Day Shift: Monday–Thursday 7:30am–4:30pm / Friday 7:30am–1:30pm
*
Night Shift: Monday–Thursday 9:30pm–7:30am
*
Basic Salary: £41,730 (£20.06 per hour)
*
Night Shift Allowance: Approx. £7,000
*
Overtime: £28.84 per hour

Responsibilities
*
Prepare and paint rail vehicles, carriages, and components to project specifications
*
Work with 2K paints, body fillers, and other associated preparation materials
*
Carry out sanding and finishing using orbital sanders and cataloy
*
Complete all required documentation and work instructions accurately
*
Work collaboratively within a team environment and promote positive working relationships
*
Comply with all company policies, Health & Safety standards, and behavioural expectations
*
Support additional tasks as required, showing flexibility to meet business needs
Requirements
*
Time-served Spray Painter with relevant qualifications from accredited bodies
*
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct issues
*
Previous experience painting automotive, commercial, aerospace, or rolling stock vehicles
*
Team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to quality workmanshipBefore You Apply
