Job Description
My client is seeking experienced Site Managers for multiple projects across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to take full responsibility for delivering high-profile power projects while ensuring the highest standards of safety, sustainability, environmental impact, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure successful profit and loss management for standard and complex projects.
Deliver projects on time while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Foster a collaborative working environment with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
Support in winning new projects as part of the company's Power T&D Strategic Plan.
Proactively manage client relationships and expectations throughout project delivery.
Lead on Zero Harm initiatives and drive continuous improvement in SHEQ standards.
Conduct safety tours and ensure project safety monitoring is in place.
Drive a high-performance team culture through strong leadership and people development.
About You:
Proven management experience in Power Transmission & Distribution.
Experience delivering Overhead Line, Cabling, or Substation schemes up to 400kV.
Strong people management and leadership skills.
Track record in tendering and managing projects, including working with subcontractors.
Commercially aware with a solid understanding of budgeting and financial control.
Strong relationship management skills and ability to balance multiple interests.
Able to work in fast-paced, complex environments and lead teams towards solutions.
