Job Description
JWF are a growing and dynamic organisation who have a reputation as ‘measurement partners’ for major organisations including Diageo, BP, Babcock, Nestle, Shell and Ineos to name a few.
The JWF Group provide a wide range of measurement solutions, services and data solutions to the water, process, utility, energy, food and beverage sector.
As a growing organisation, JWF deliver bespoke measurement and data software solutions for customers to support their process and utility applications.
JWF manage major projects supplying instrumentation packages to blue chip customers. JWF are looking to recruit a Supply Chain Assistant within their established Supply Chain Team.
Overall, the role is to support the Supply Chain Team which will include the following:
* Expedite orders.
* Control documentation submittal.
* Monitor and process purchase orders.
* Act as a point of contact for supply chain queries.
* Provide updates to customers on calls, teleconferences and meetings.
* Liaise with vendors to monitor their performance.
Ideally you will have the following:
* Administration experience within a supply chain team.
* Confident in dealing with customers.
* Confident interpersonal and communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail
* IT literate with an interest and knowledge of Microsoft Excel packages.
* Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
* Able to integrate and add value to a successful team in a dynamic environment.
