Description
Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demands while minimising excess stock.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
Develop and maintain accurate supply plans based on sales forecasts and historical data.
Analyse supply chain performance and implement improvements to optimise processes.
Coordinate with internal teams, including procurement and logistics, to ensure a seamless supply chain operation.
Identify and mitigate risks related to supply disruptions or delays.
Maintain accurate records and reports to support decision-making within the procurement & supply chain department.
Contribute to achieving company goals by aligning supply chain strategies with business objectives.Profile
A successful Supply Planner should have:
Experience in the FMCG industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and forecast demand.
Proficiency in supply chain management tools and software.
A solid understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
