Job Description

We are seeking flexible and enthusiastic Supply Teachers to join our pool of cover staff, providing high-quality teaching across the school when regular class teachers are absent.

The Role

As a Supply Teacher, you will step into different classrooms as needed, delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment. Work will usually be pre-prepared, and you’ll be supported by experienced teaching assistants and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  * 

    Deliver pre-planned lessons in line with school policies and curriculum

  * 

    Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment

  * 

    Manage pupil behaviour effectively

  * 

    Ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher

  * 

    Communicate effectively with staff about pupil progress or concerns

About You

We are looking for teachers who are:

  * 

    Qualified with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

  * 

    Confident teaching across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 (flexibility an advantage)

  * 

    Adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic

  * 

    Committed to supporting every child’s learning and wellbeing

  * 

    A team player who shares our school values

Both experienced teachers and ECTs are welcome to apply
