Your Role and Responsibilities as a Supply Teacher:
Deliver engaging and adaptable lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, tailored to each school’s needs.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring pupils feel supported and motivated.
Maintain high standards of teaching and behaviour management while building strong relationships with staff and pupils.
Embrace the variety of working in different schools and year groups, with opportunities for both short-term and longer-term placements.
What We’re Looking for in a Supply Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Previous teaching experience in primary settings is ideal, but ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply.
A flexible and proactive approach to teaching in diverse classroom environments.
An up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years with no unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
