Support Workers – Learning Disabilities (Temporary to Permanent)
📍 Telford (TF7) | 💷 £15.80–£16.00/hour + £30 Sleep-ins | 🕒 Flexible Shifts
At Key Health, we pride ourselves on the strong relationships we’ve built with our clients and staff. We’re currently recruiting experienced and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Telford (TF7), supporting individuals with learning disabilities in homely, self-contained flats.
This is a temporary-to-permanent position, with a 3-month probation period before transitioning to a permanent role. You’ll be joining a motivated team committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support.

Provide personalised support to adults with learning disabilities

Encourage service users to build independence and engage in meaningful activities

Deliver care in a respectful and empowering way

Work as part of a dedicated, friendly team
🕒 Hours of Work

Flexible shifts based on service needs

Includes day shifts and sleep-ins
*
No waking nights required
✅ Requirements
*
Minimum 1 year of paid experience in learning disabilities/complex care in the UK
*
Up-to-date Moving & Handling and Medication training
*
Right to work in the UK (We do not offer sponsorship)
*
Ability to provide 2 references (one must be from your most recent employer)
*
Full UK manual driving licence and access to a car (desirable)
*
Enhanced DBS on the update service (desirable)
💷 Pay Rates (During 3-Month Probation)
*
Weekdays: £15.80/hour
*
Weekends: £16.00/hour
*
Sleep-ins: £30.00/night
