⚕️ Support Worker | Temp to Perm | Telford (TF2)

We are currently looking to recruit experienced and dedicated Support Workers to care for adults with learning disabilities in a beautiful supported living setting in Telford (TF2).
This is a temporary to permanent position, with a 3-month probation period before moving to a permanent contract.
📝 Role Overview
You will be responsible for:

🫱 Providing respectful personal care

💬 Offering emotional and practical support
*
🌈 Promoting independence and helping individuals live fulfilling lives
*
👥 Supporting people with learning disabilities and complex care needs
✅ Requirements
*
Minimum 1 year of paid UK experience in complex care
*
Epilepsy and Buccal Midazolam training (required)
*
Proof of right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
*
Two references (one from current or most recent employer)
*
Full manual driving licence and access to a car (desirable)
*
Enhanced DBS on the update service (desirable)
🕒 Working Hours
*
Flexible hours based on service needs
*
Includes sleep-ins (no waking nights)
💷 Pay Rates (During 3-Month Probation)

Weekdays: £15.80/hour
*
Weekends: £16.00/hour
*
Sleep-ins: £30.00 per shift
