⚕️ Support Worker | Temp to Perm | Telford (TF1)

We are currently recruiting experienced and dedicated support workers to join our team in Telford (TF1). This is a temporary to permanent role with a 3-month probation period, after which you will transition to a permanent position.

📝 Role Overview
Your responsibilities will include:

💬 Offering practical and emotional support

🌈 Promoting independence and daily living skills

👥 Supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex care needs
✅ Requirements
*
🧾 Minimum 1 year of paid experience with complex care needs (UK-based)
*
💊 Epilepsy and Buccal Midazolam training (required)
*
🛂 Proof of right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
*
📄 Two references (one from current or most recent employer)
*
🚗 Full manual driving licence and access to a car (desirable)
*
🛡️ Enhanced DBS on the update service (desirable)
🕒 Shift Times
*
07:30–15:00
*
15:00–21:30
(No sleep-ins or waking nights)
💷 Pay Rates (During 3-Month Probation)
*
Weekdays: £15.80/hour
*
Weekends: £16.00/hour
