 I am looking for local, degree qualified, Survey Manager candidates in the UAE, to join a leading construction & development company in the Middle East.
 
 Your purpose is to manage the functions of all surveying activities, ensuring accurate data collection for mapping, design, and construction. General duties include; managing survey teams, data processing, and equipment to ensure that surveys align with requirements and regulatory standards for civil engineering and construction projects.

Candidate Profile:

Degree in Land Surveying or Geodetic Engineering.
Minimum 15 years field experience in high raised buildings utilising total station for setting out coordinates, building. Face Survey, topography and cross-sectional survey.
Preferably in the Gulf Countries in engineering design and construction experience involving large-scale commercial, residential and industrial projects.
Strong Understanding of providing survey functions for civil and construction works
Demonstrative experience of modern survey instrumentation, including total stations, GPS, data modelling and manipulation through a survey CAD package
A firm understanding of providing survey functions for civil and construction works, including pipelines
Experience managing a team of surveyors
