Teaching Assistant - Castle Bromwich (B35)
 Daily Rate: £105-£115 per day
 Contract: Long Term to Permanent
 Days: Monday to Friday, Term-Time Only
 Commutable from: Hodge Hill, Shard End, Marston Green, Chelmsley Wood, Erdington, Water Orton, Stechford, Smith's Wood

Supporting pupils across Year 3 with their English, Maths and topic work, both in small groups and 1:1.
Encouraging independence and confidence through positive praise and calm guidance.
Helping to plan and deliver engaging activities that bring learning to life.
Working closely with the class teacher to track progress and celebrate achievements.
Creating a warm and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.About You:

You have experience working with KS2 pupils (or are confident supporting Year 3).
You're patient, encouraging and full of enthusiasm for helping children learn.
You work well in a team and bring positivity to everything you do.
A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is desirable, but not essential.If you're ready for a role that's rewarding and purposeful, we'd love to hear from you.
