We are partnering with a dedicated primary school in Caerphilly, seeking a motivated Primary School Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis. Key Responsibilities:

  * Provide effective support within the classroom to facilitate a positive learning environment

Ideal Candidate Skills & Requirements:

  * Previous experience working with primary school children, especially in the foundation phase

  * Strong communication and teamwork skills

  * Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting young learners

  * Ability to adapt in a dynamic classroom setting

  * Relevant DBS check or willingness to undertake one (if applicable)
