Teaching Assistants – Primary & Secondary Schools, Coventry
Location: Coventry
Contract: Full-time, long-term and day-to-day opportunities available
Start Date: Immediate or after half term
Pay: £90 - £110 per day (depending on experience)
About the Role:
We’re currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support Primary and Secondary schools across Coventry.
These roles offer the chance to make a real impact in the classroom — supporting pupils with their learning, helping manage behaviour, and assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons. Whether you’re experienced in education or looking to take your first step into a school setting, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
  * 
    Support class teachers in creating an inclusive, positive learning environment.
  * 
    Work 1:1 or with small groups of pupils to support learning and progress.
  * 
    Help prepare and organise classroom materials and activities.
  * 
    Provide pastoral and emotional support to pupils as needed.
  * 
    Assist in managing behaviour in line with school policies.
Requirements:
  * Experience working with children or young people (school, youth work, or similar).
  * A patient, positive and supportive approach.
  * Good communication and teamwork skills.
  * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
  * Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification desirable but not essential.
