About the Role
A welcoming two-form entry primary school in Tower Hamlets is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistant to join their Year 3 team. The Ideal Candidate
The successful Teaching Assistant will:
Hold a degree (subjects such as English, Maths, Psychology, Education Studies, or Child Development are particularly relevant)
Have previous classroom or tutoring experience within a primary setting (desirable but not essential)
Demonstrate strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
Be proactive, patient, and passionate about supporting children's learning
Be confident working with KS2 pupils and helping them achieve their academic goals
