Job Description
Trusted Talent are working exclusively with schools across Telford are seeking Teaching Assistants, HLTAs, Early Years Practitioners, and SEN TAs to begin from December 2025.
Opportunities are available in primary, secondary, and SEN settings, with flexible options ranging from short-term to long-term roles as well as part-time and full-time work.
Responsibilities
*
Support pupils on a 1:1 basis or within small groups
*
Work across various year groups depending on the school’s needs
*
Take on day-to-day, short-term, or longer-term assignments, some of which may lead to permanent positions
Requirements
*
Willingness to complete full vetting and an enhanced DBS
*
Recent, relevant childcare or school-based experience with references
*
A flexible, positive attitude and reliability
*
Childcare qualification preferred but not essential
