Teaching Personnel are proud to be working with a thriving and inclusive Primary School based near Cefn Hengoed, (Caerphilly Country Borough Council) as they look to welcome their next exceptional Teaching Assistant.
This school is a happy, inclusive learning community where pupils feel safe and secure. The headteacher, governors and staff are very proud of the school and share a vision that focuses on the well-being and progress of all pupils, including those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
The role will be starting in January 2026, in the schools busy Nursery & Reception class.

The school is looking for enthusiastic and committed educators who are passionate about supporting children’s learning and development. They value Teaching Assistants who are proactive, hands-on, and eager to engage fully in classroom life and school activities. As 30+% of this schools pupils have been statemented with Additional Learning Needs (ALN), experience in working with ALN would be hugely favoured.
A positive attitude, an open-minded approach, and the ability to create a fun and engaging environment are key qualities this school look for. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
