What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Providing one-to-one or small group support for pupils who need that little extra help
Helping to create a positive, safe, and fun learning environment
Encouraging and motivating pupils to be their best selves
Joining in with school events, activities, and the occasional sparkly art project!
Who We’re Looking For:
Someone who loves working with children and young people.
A team player with a can-do attitude and great communication skills.
Organised, reliable, and always ready to lend a hand.
Previous experience in a school or education setting is a bonus, but not essential.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA qualification) are a plus.
